Please tell me about your experience with T Mobile.

I'm thinking of switching from AT&T to T Mobile. We had it years ago and the coverage was spotty. Has it improved? How's the customer service? This will be for an iPhone5s.

I've had T-Mobile for years and don't plan on switching anytime soon. I go to school and work so I don't really travel much outside of Houston so I am not sure how their coverage is elsewhere. As if right now it serves its purpose for me without any problems.

You might get more responses if you ask what the coverage is like in Dallas vs Houston.

I have switched from AT&T to T-Mobile a couple of times and my work recently switched to T-Mobile and I have always had bad luck with their coverage.

I also usually have a horrible internet connection on the phone.

If you live in larger cities, T-Mobile would be good choice.
