I'm thankful for my husband without whose support I would not be able to face the issues that confront me.

I'm thankful for the country that we live in.

I'm thankful that once again my sister-in-law is providing Thanksgiving dinner and I don't have to cook. Just bring the soft drinks and the chips and dip. I get off with a quick trip to the grocery store. It's not fair to my sister-in-law but we appreciate and love her for what she does for all of us during the holidays.

So, let's hear from you folks about this one thing: What are you folks thankful for?

I'll be back with my thoughts, but I want to hear from you.

All the best!!
I'm thankful for my wife, daughter, and a wonderful job. The people in the military (and their families) that sacrifice their lives for defending this country. I am thankful for the workers at the stores from which I buy my groceries; who work so hard and often are overlooked, and the good people on CD that support one another in bad times as well as good. I am by no means wealthy but very fortunate and am thankful for what I have. I am a lucky man. Thanks for such a wonderful thread.
