I know this might upset some people, but Whataburger's burgers make me want to vomit. I think it's the bread. The last time I bought one because I had a coupon, I fed most of it to my dog. The only burger that I've tried that's worse, in my opinion, is Sonic's burger. I also don't like chicken fried steak. I know these two things make me a bad Texan, but I think I make up for it by loving Tex-Mex, barbecue, and Dr. Pepper. I just want to know if I'm alone in hating Whataburger's burgers. When I order food from there, the lunch entree is always chicken except for the crispy chicken sandwich which is just as disgusting as the burgers.

I'm totally with you on all likes and dislikes except I admit to liking Sonic burgers. I can't stand Whataburger! Except for their breakfast taquitos...I love those things.

The best thing about Whataburger is the depressing poetry on the side of the cups: "Please dispose of me properly when I am empty". For a single couplet, that is up there with Poe, Plath, and Blake.

No, you're not alone. I don't like either Whataburger OR Sonic. But I will eat both if I am on a trip, tired and STARVING--and I don't want to drive around looking for something else to eat (rarely happens, LOL!).
I like CFS if it's properly prepared--and not like trying to eat the bottom of a shoe. There are very few restaurants that know how to make a great CFS that you can actually eat without a struggle.

I'm with you! also, the commercials make the food look so gross.

Seeing how you still love Tex-Mex, BBQ, and DrPepper, you are excused from not liking Whataburger
I got burnt out on Whataburger my self, we had one down from our yard and the only place open at 4am. So I would always load up on burgers before heading out to a job site. We got a Whataburger down the road from us and I can count on on hand how many times I've ate the on one hand in the last two years since moving...and those times was for the chicken strips.
