What is it that you are seeking, i.e., weather, low cost of living, urban or rural settings, etc?

Keep in mind that most of us have never been to Turkey so we can't do comparisons.

Yes right sorry i didn't tell about how a state i wanna live in, well i want a state to live which has kind and friendly people, has a nice weather (not too hot or too cold), has low crime rate, has good job areas, isn't so expensive (food, dress, home etc.) and has medical centers enough (hospital, chemical). This is how a state i wanna live in, so which states would you suggest me accoring to those exceptions ?

Not too hot would put Texas off the list. Most of the state is very hot in summer, which lasts from May to October. Everywhere is air conditioned, but the heat outdoors can be incredible. In my opinion, however, it is difficult in the USA to find a balance between not too hot in summer and not too cold in winter.

I may be missing something, but I am assuming you will need to have some sort of work visa. What work do you do, or will you be doing? How will you qualify for the visa? That may be more of an issue than deciding what state to start in.....
