This is kind of a big deal so here's mine: the roasted lamb sandwich at La Tuna in San Antonio. Melt in your mouth lamb with goat cheese and peach chutney that borders on the divine and is certainly unforgettable. It's worth planning an SA day trip to fit around La Tuna's hours for this.
