Lived there for a while, moved to Roanoke, Rhome, back to North Fort Worth/keller area, then to North Richland Hills, and now finally in the Azle/ Weatherford area. I love Texas and have no plans of moving. My immediate family lives in Illinois and .. nope. I love Texas. I was born in California and will never move back EVER! Been here almost 17 years. Wife was born and raised here.. and loves it

When did you live in Friendswood? I was there in the late 60s/early 70s.

I lived in Magnolia for awhile a few years ago and like the small town feel, though it was kind of high traffic, and also way out in Plantersville, which is really nice living out in the country like that.

I'm from TN originally but have also lived in Palm Springs, CA and Phoenix. There is nowhere like Texas, especially if you are into self determination. Very unique and fun place to live and easy to deal with due to the lower regulation of your every day lives.

The only thing I don't like is having front plates on my truck and having to put that sticker on the inside of my windshield, but those are minor complaints.
