There are a lot of good people out My name is Bob and I am just in the process of moving out to cornudas.I already have a trailer out there and today I get my water tank and septic tank. Thanks for the welcome, Bob. My name is Steve and we cant wait to get out there permanantly. We too will be living in our 5th wheel trailer until I build our house ( I owned my own construction company for over a decade and can build one cheaper than a double wide costs!). I will be going with the water tank setup (plastic tank - 2500 gal) and putting in a septic tank as well.

Good to hear from you Steve. With all your qualifications you shouldn't have any trouble finding work. You should have been here yesterday. Brie and Tee had a cookout and it was great I got to meet some of the people that live in the area. I really enjoyed it. I know the place you are talking about, but I don't know who owns it. I have to go to Dell City today, so maybe I will stop in.The last time I went by there there was several big trucks and some cars there. It is a good location.
