Hello,

We are just starting our home search and are most interested in TW and East Magnolia near TW. One neighborhood of note is Westwood. We noticed there are an excess of homes for sale in this area, more than we would normally expect for one neighborhood at least. Any guesses as to why this is occurring?

As an aside, any comments or suggestions on building a home in this area vs. buying a resale home?

Thank you for your insight.

If you are talking suburban Houston, you will most likely get more responses posting in the houston subcat
agory.

Good luck!
