West Texas State, I don't know if it's the best but some of the parties I been to have been epic. Someone very close to me went there and he still is a crazy party boy, everytime we drive through there we have have to stop in. the parties are non stop there.

Texas State in San Marcos and UT are well-known for being party schools.
BTW Cupcake, where is this West Texas State? I know of West Texas A&M and Texas State, but Mr. Google says there's no West Texas State.

In Amarillo. I just say west texas.
