My husbands job will be opening a new office in Carrizo Springs so we might have to move there, Ive never been to that town and wanted to know what it had to offer.

What kind of shopping do they have? (Malls, Target, Grocery, Walmart, etc)

How many Elementary and Jr High Schools?

What is there to do for fun with a family? Any parks, movie theaters, bowling alleys etc?

We would have to rent for a while are there any good apartment complexes or townhomes?

Thanks in advance!

Carrizo Springs, Texas - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Carrizo Springs is 82 miles from Laredo, so that is where the nearest mall, etc. will be. It's out in the middle of nowhere! Looks like the town only has one each of elementary, middle and high school.

If a company offered me 7.3 million dollars to live there, I still would not.

Not my cup o' tea. Coyotes and cacti as far as the eye can see. Well, almost. Some people love it, I know, but not this city girl.
