It's not a nice area. Unless you are a single male with an affinity for urban grit, or have no other options, I wouldn't move there.

That area is pretty rough. Hope it is cheap because you'd probably want to flip it as quickly as possible.

I just showed investors a property in that immediate area (plug: I'm a Realtor)... you probably aren't getting the deal you think you are getting. All the properties on those streets are really inexpensive. There seem to be quite a few un-maintained properties in the area, to say the least.
