Hello Natives, Thank You so much for your help. I'm overwhelmed by the number of replies and people willing to help out a new comer. You Canadians seems very friendly and welcoming. *sarcasam ends* Is it really too much to take a few minutes to answer a simple question to help someone in need? What if some one asked you for a piece of bread?

Just to take a guess, but the way you asked the first time didn't seem like a serious thread, which is probably why nobody answered. Just saying.

I don't know anything about Toronto, so I can't answer, but just thought i'd suggest why no one answered your question.

I'm sure someone will reply with a good answer.

Sorry curious, have been busy.

It depends. Northwest Oakville is were all the homes are being built and is less expensive than wedgewood creek/joshua creek for example.

Lorne Park is in Mississauaga, and that part is very expensive for some reason, despite the fact it borders industrial Etobicoke.

My guess is try Oakville first.

Oh so there is some hope for humanity thank you for the advice. I settled for Mississauga since similar property was costing 50% more in Oakville and neighborhood was still under construction.
