Thanks in advance....

I note many different iterations of the Rav4 here in Miami. Appear to be about 50/50 split between male and female drivers. There is a rav4world.com forum which appears to be male dominated.

My current DD is a Rav4 for about two years now. Should last me 400,000 miles which is much longer than any of the V8 high performance cars I have owned or own without rebuilding the engine. Even had a fellow ask me if I wished to sell mine as he ships them out to Africa where they are prized for their reliability and durability. I guess the old Marlin Perkins Landrover has been replaced. There is also this...http://www.thesmokingtire.com/2011/911-most-reliable-car-of-the-2000s/

The Rav is an excellent, reliable vehicle, and I have not noticed any particular trend in the gender of the people who drive them.

However, this just has to be said, IMHO:

If someone's concept of his own masculinity is so fragile that he worries about the image of the make and model of his vehicle, then he has much bigger problems than just selecting a vehicle.
