I had "foglights" installed by the aftermarket guy at the Toyota dealership. Are these foglights adjustable? The aim is too high to be effective as foglights. Sales manager doesn't respond to my email.

If they were installed aftermarket then they probably are adjustable. I would just drive up to the dealer and talk to the service manager rather than the sales manager.
