I wonder what the FJ was doing in Belgium?
I'd probably look for a 2012 4Runner instead since I liked off-roading.

I have never driven a US spec FJ cruiser, but I do own a 70 series land cruiser that was imported from another country here in the US. Whenever I am beside a FJ cruiser on the road or in a parking lot, you can definitely see how much bigger and taller the FJ cruiser is.

I think they can be made into very capable and good looking 4wd machines with mods but I never did like them in stock form. Looks kinda goofy...like a Nissan cube on steroids. I don't even know why they bothered to offer them in 2wd format.

Absolutely no comparison between the two. The FJ Cruiser was nothing more than a cosmetically nostalgic throwback meant to cater to those who liked the look of the old FJ-40.

This was my 2007 FJ. It was a great truck that could pull up to 5000 lbs but had terrible gas mileage. I drove it all over the U.S. and Canada and it performed well on and off road. I owned it for seven years and sold it for $21K.

I really like my FJ, it's the rarer TT model. I haven't kept up with resale values, the only truck I'd be remotely consider trading for would be a new Tacoma. Here's an older pic, *before lift and new tires.* Yes I drove down that...

Find one you like and buy it!

Out of every car I have owned, I regret getting rid of my loaded Yellow FJ.. The resale on those things is out of this world..
