Problem with automatic seat in Lexus RX350.

My automatic seat adjuster was working fine until my last service (at a non-Lexus dealer). When you open the door to get in, the seat goes back, so that it's easier to get in, and then comes to the correct position (for up to 3 drivers) when you start the car.

The mechanic must have screwed with it as now when I get in it flattens right down to a laying position I'm short and have short arms and legs, making it really hard for me to even be able to start the car as I need to have my foot on the brake pedal as I press the start button. And, even worse, sometimes I have a dog crate in the backseat and the seat would jam right into it and possibly tear the leather not to mention scare the crap out of my dog.

I do realize this is most likely in the manual but I hate consulting the manual (and often find them hard to understand anyhow - I'm better when shown or told) and wondered if anyone might know how to fix this.

TIA
