I would buy house before spending 375.000 on a car.
It seems like the Lexus LFA has been around forever. In reality, the first concept version was unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show in 2005, but that's a long time in the automotive world. Additional concepts followed in 2007 and 2008, and the on-off rumors of a production version haven't help.

While I understand your point, it's not something that comes into play with a car like this. People shopping for $375,000 automobiles aren't cross-shopping those purchases with homes.
In my opinion, the LFA is going to be a sales disaster for Lexus. The Lexus brand doesn't have nearly enough exclusivity to warrant a halo car selling for $375,000. In addition, the LFA brings nothing to the table that would seem to warrant a price tag of even half that amount. This car seems like a real loser.

^ Agreed. It looks like a lab experiment gone horribly wrong.

Agree. If I'm looking to spend $300K on a car it is NOT going to be a Lexus.
I like it....but I don't like it $375k worth. Why do that when you can pony up for a new ZR1 for less than a third of that price that has similar performance numbers.
