Too easy. Chapel of Skulls at Sedlec in the Czech Republic. (Googled it.) But it looks like I wasn't fast enough.

The ossuary is estimated to contain the skeletons of between 40,000 and 70,000 people, many of whom have had their bones artistically arranged to form decorations and furnishings for the chapel.

The Maunsell Forts, small fortified towers, designed forts for anti-aircraft defense. During the war the forts shot down 22 aircraft and about 30 flying bombs.

Nope. I believe the structures in the photo were built about 10 years prior to the ones off the coast of New Jersey.

Really? I thought I was pretty much up to speed on WWII, but I never heard of those. Looks like something Churchill would dream up.
