For this challenge I'm thinking military - not masons or that kind of group. I'm also thinking the little 3 leaf clover emblem at the top of the far left plaque might be a helpful clue. The first thing to come to mind is Rock of Gibraltar but I don't think that's it - different kind of rock face.

I'm rarely that fast LOL! And hey, you were just as fast at JT's last challenge! Anyway, it just fell together as I described and then I checked to see if I might be right. The plaques in the rock - and then realizing it would be a different kind of rock than Gibraltar. For the winding wall challenge I just got lucky with how I searched.
