Le Grande Roue is the Ferris wheel in the background.

Where is it?

What, exactly, do you need in terms of "where was it taken"? How about 10 Place de la Concorde, 75008 Paris, France. The dark shape in the foreground appears to be the 1840 Fountain of River Commerce and Navigation, which the photographer seems to be beneath and behind. Can you more specifically explain just what the question is and how the answer must be expressed?

I was simply looking for Place de la Concorde, since both the fountain and the wheel are there, but you have covered it very well.
I was standing near the fountain when I took the picture, trying to get the fountain in the reflective light with the wheel as background.
The camera was not really up to the task but it was all I had to work with.

So if the majority feel that Paris is a qualified answer, then Skillkit is up, Else jtur88 is up.
I tend to be a bit pedantic and was expecting a more specific answer.

If I am in error, I apologize.

It is, after all, just a game.
I didn't mean to bog it down.
