Hello all, I have my plans coming up to visit Montreal in the next month. It is a corporate trip and I am in-charge of the arrangements there. We are having a tour of the city and since it is a corporate one, I need to arrange for the accommodations and the cars that would be used for the trip. I need some suggestions on the accommodations and the cars that I need to arrange for the trip. So, please do help me on this.

Any more details you can give? Group demographics? Will people be working in the city or just a corporate retreat? There are two main areas to stay in the city- you'll either want to be in Old Montreal (more quiet, more "European" feel) or downtown, which is the heart of the urban center where you can walk or easily Metro to restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. Where you will want to stay will depend on your crowd. If you are depending on public transit at all, look at the Metro map and base your accommodations accordingly. Also, I have stayed at the Residence Inn on Rue Peel many times. It is in the heart of downtown, adjacent to a Metro stop, and a nice hotel.

Do yourself a favor and call the Montreal Convention and Visitors Bureau. They will be able to steer you in the right direction to make ararngements for your group. Their services are free of charge to you.

Default Re:Help me on suggestions for my corporate trip….

I suppose that it would not be a difficult task for getting the sources that you need for the accommodations and car rentals. My friend was recently there in Montreal and he too had hired some car rental service to tour the place. He was there with his family and so had some long rental ones hired for his tour. You can check out Montreal Corporate Housing for the care rentals that you need for your corporate trip.
