There is a bar on the Florida/Alabama border called the Flora-Bama. I've been there and walked across the border. The bar is actually in Florida, likely due to various tax and liquor laws.

I've also crossed the bridge (both directions) going to Reds games.

Flora-Bama??? That's a creative name.

Hoover Dam - I walked from Nevada into Arizona.

I walked across the bridge from Portsmouth, NH into Kittery, Maine a few times.

I've walked along side the beach/ocean crossing the Mass/NH state line.

At the Peace Arch Park I've walked from Washington into British Columbia, Canada (honestly to stretch my legs after sitting in border traffic for so long).

Living less than 1/4 mile from MD-DC line, I do this all the time.

I've also been to Hoover Dam and have walked across the dam (including during one visit in November when I gained/lost an hour numerous times ).

I think there is a casino at Lake Tahoe that is so close to the California line, the emergency exit on that side of the building goes right into California.

I can think of three occasions where I've crossed a major political boundary on foot:

1) Between Lancaster, NH and Guildhall, VT on a bridge across the Connecticut River:
Lancaster NH - Google Maps

2) Between Ottawa, Ontario and Hull, Québec on a bridge across the Ottawa River:
Hull QC - Google Maps

3) Between Villers-le-Lac, France and Les Brenets, Switzerland, on a bridge across the Doubs River.

I lived in one county and went to school in another, and went home every day for lunch, so I crossed that county line on foot at least 9,000 times just going to school. Probably crossed it 15,000 times on foot during my childhood there and visits back home afterwards. The county line ran right down main street, and I lived two blocks away.
