Yes. It's the Burj Dubai (Burj Dubai Official Website (broken link)). Tallest building on earth. Last I heard it was coming in at over 1,800 feet and still climbing fast. It's eventual height is a secret, but estimates range up to 180 floors (compared to 110 for the World Trade Center towers) and well over 2,000 feet.

That's Dubai and the last picture is the Burj Dubai. I grew up in dubai and it's amazing how quickly and almost unnaturally the city has changed in the 4 years since I was there last! We were just there in March and it's really amazing how quickly it's going up.
