In that you are taking thirty days, the itinerary does not seem unreasonable. However, you might want to look at a few things.
Do you want to spend ten days in San Francisco? Personally, I would look at spending 2-3 days north of San Francisco. I would recommend Redwood National Park, Lava Tubes National Monument and maybe even Lassen Volcano National Park. Also, you might want to spend a day at Lake Tahoe.
One day will not be enough at Yosemite. There is a lot to see. Make your decision as to when you are going to visit Yosemite as accommodations in the area are DIFFICULT and pricy.
Personally, I would strongly recommend traveling down the Pacific Coast Highway and making stops at Big Sur and Monterrey with a stop at the Aquarium.
Personally, you have a pretty good itinerary. My only modifications would be to spend five days in LA and SF and perhaps three days in Las Vegas.
