Traveling first time with them. I thought one carry-on and one laptop was a general thing every airline followed, but Emirates recently changed that their economy class travelers can just carry one carry-on and have heard they weigh that bag too and should match 7 kgs.
I have traveled with other airlines and they did weigh the carry-on but never the laptop bag. I will have to take my laptop, phone, chargers and important documents on flight and that itself along with my bag is crossing 7 kgs. Am worried if Emirates will make me pay extra or won't allow me to board. I am not even able to put an additional set of clothes or snacks. My journey is of 22 hours.
Anyone here traveled with them recently and experienced any such thing?
