Just bumping this back up. I'm thinking about using them and wondering the same thing. I've seen some good and horrible reviews online..so I'm not so sure. Any opinions?
Well I did go ahead & book my Cabo trip through them..it was easy on line..have all the paperwork printed out..I tweeked some things like airlines...I usually only fly Continental and only non stops if I can
The hotel I checked out on line & through trip advisor before I chose....so I'll have to see how it plays out
Yea I did a little more digging and they seem to have a good reputation. Most people on trip advisor recommend them and have enjoyed their trips. I think I'm going to use them, they seem to have great deals. I hope you enjoy your trip..let us know how it turns out .
Few months ago I booked my resort in the Dominican Republic through them and had to deal with their customer service when my American Airlines flight got seriously delayed in Miami enroute to Punta Cana. All I can say about CheapCarribean is that they are fantastic and I highly recommend them, their customer service was very good and helpful.
No problems at all except for calling customer service but at the time it was the swine flu scare and they were overloaded with calls. I had to call to cancel out my son & DIL as she went in to panic mode as well. I just dialed from work & put it on speaker phone...once someone answered everything to cancel those two but keep hubbie & I active went very smoothly.
I always buy trip insurance and DIL had her refund check within 7 days,
My non stop flight back was canceled and they put us on a flight via Houston...Cheap Caribbean notified their contact at the hotel to let us know...good thing as I don't check emails when on vacation..lol
I have seen them listed on Travel Zoo and other reputable sites, however, every time I have seen them offer a deal, I have never ever been able to put together a trip for the same price offered originally.
For example, if there is a CC.com ad on some website for a $399. trip to Aruba, by the time I am done booking it, it is now $589.

I find this has to do with the departure airport..the lower price being your departing from Mianmi or there abouts
Still $589 for Aruba that's cheap
