We have a charter flight scheduled for 8 AM for tomorrow morning on USA 3000. We booked an all inclusve vacation. It is now Sunday night and there is a major snow storm in the works. We cannot locate anyone to find out what happens if the flight is cancelled. Surely we don't want to leave at 4:30 AM only to find out our flight is cancelled or delayed. Anyone been there and done that? Your advice is very much appreciated.

Hi. I don't know what an "apple" vacation might be, but you need to phone your carrier. Do you mean U S Air? Whoever your carrie4r is, that's who you need to phone pronto, and frequently as the weather progresses, on their toll-free number -- your carrier is the only one who has the corract, accurate information you will need. They will advise you correctly. Have a great trip!

Apple Tours is a travel agency that charters entire group packages. USA 3000 is the airline that they are chartering this trip with.

They have nothing to do with USAir/USairways/America West/Piedmont/PSA/Allegheny/Empire/Mohawk/All American Aviation, or any other airline that we may have merged with.

This is the USA3000 delay tracking site with a phone number. USA3000 Flight Tracking (http://services.usa3000.com/flightTracking/flightsTracking.jsp - broken link)

This is the Apple vacations website with a number to call. It's that simple.

Thanks for the info but we have already used both websites but only get recorded messages to call during normal business hours. Agents don't work on Sunday. We'll continue to check the USA 3000 tracking site and hope its updated by the time we leave for the airport. Hopefully, the major highways will be cleared and safe to travel. The airport is expecting at least 10 ".

Well hopefully you are on your way with only a short delay
If your flight was cancelled and you purchased travel insurance you will be reimbursed for the days you missed..without the insurance it's highly unlikely you will get any reimbursement
