I know mightyqieen! So mater of fact about moving mom. I got a bit of a laugh out of that as well.
The letter to the Pastor was self righteous and devoid of emotionn. It was as though List EXPECTED the Pastor to understand and agree with his actions. Like any man is his posstion would off his whole family. The normal reactions of a pious christian man!
Daughter out of control? Sick wife? Unemployed? Hefty mortgage payments and taxes?
Murder! That's the obvious solution!
Sicko!

I was 21 when this happened and I lived very close to Westfield. I remember driving past the house after he killed his family. The street was filled with other cars and people wanting to see the house. Eventually, someone set the house on fire. Rumors were, neighbors did it because they couldn't stand all the publicity.

You know I do not think they did and I do agree with you sues1.
I think he was buried in the mid west where he came from. I could be wrong but I seem to remember something like this. To me it would be grossly inappropriate - almost like a desecration to bury a killer near his victims. He lost that right when he pulled the trigger on his innocent children, wife and mother.
How is he to play God? He thought quite a lot of himself for a failed businessman.
