I voted "No"...and I think Jose Baez has no case defending her...no proof to show she was sexual abused and he will rest his case in a short time frame and only have some not important witnesses to try to distract the jury..which won't work.
I guess the verdict will be in after 1 day...just to show the jury is serious, but their minds are made up after hearing the prosecutions case.
I dont think she will..but anything is possible. Her credibility is shot...alot of people on justicequest.net are saying they hope she will for the entertainment. Sad...it is amazing to see a person who can lie like that and sit there with crocodile tears...
I think she would be a fool if she did . I think I see a lifetime movie coming from this and book deals . I hope no one profits from this little girls death . It would not be right to profit from anyones death much less that of a child .
No way. It would be a blood bath, so would be nailed to the wall on all of her lies.
But, I could be wrong. She could testify, that she lied because she was afraid of her Father, paint a picture of Casey in fear of a controlling, mean Father. That she could not meet their standards of perfection, so she had to lie about everything.
No, I don't see her as being able to perform that role. She would not do it, she thinks she is too wonderful.
Has anyone else noticed that Casey "carefully" wipes her "tears", so that she does not smear her make-up? Narrisistic in the extreme!
CA is not allowed to make money off her crime, but the parents are...can some1 explain why the hell she is on trial for capital murder and apparently wearing hair extensions? weird....
Baez might even jeapardizing his license with a liar as Casey if she takes the stand....that is why I think she won't be taking the stand...too much risk.
Baez is losing any credibility in this trial. He wont be disbarred, but he clearly has not been in the good graces of Hon. Belvin Perry. who has been imo quite fair and judicious in this trial..
Baez looked like a hack today (again) trying to discredit Dr G., and the FBI mitochondrial DNA professor and QA Ops, Manager from Quantico....he has to be careful what he does now.
No, she won't take the stand. Too risky, she is a loose cannon to say the least. But I sure would love to see it...the state would eat her up alive.
