No probable cause? A 17 year old was dead, killed by GZ by his own admission, and there was no probable cause? No one else had called the police on a prowler or anything else when they saw Trayvon. GZ pursued him, and killed him.

For many here on CD Forum, if there is no link then information doesn't exist. There is no real world, only cyberspace.

Exactly.

Also note how they moved amounts less than 10K to avoid being reported by the bank. Sneaky, sneaky.

This is what the judge had to say:

Quote:
"Had the Court been made aware of the true financial circumstances at the bond hearing, the bond decision might have been different," Lester wrote. After finding out about the discrepancy, the judge said he was left with two options: Increasing Zimmerman's bond, or revoking it.

The judge writes that his considered several factors, most of which weighed against Zimmerman.

Among them, "this is a serious charge for which life may be imposed; the evidence against him is strong; he has been charged with one prior crime, for which he went through a pre-trial diversion program, and has had an injunction lodged against him" for domestic violence.

"Most importantly, though, is the fact that he has now demonstrated that he does not properly respect the law or the integrity of the judicial process,"
Lester wrote.

Like I said a long time ago- Zimmerman will be going to prison for murder, and it will be a very long sentence. Rightfully so. 17 year old Trayvon Martin did not deserve to be gunned down and killed by the unstable and mentally deranged Zimmerman.

Justice for Trayvon Martin.

Let me guess the prosecution will now browbeat Zimmerman into pleading guilty in order to drop perjury charges against his wife. The prosecution's case must be incredibily weak against George Zimmerman if they have to threatened his wife with jail in order to extract a conviction.

As I said, you wanted him arrested before an investigation. The law and burden of proof be darned.

The whole gz family will end up in prison or as defendants one way or another. The IRS is probably checking his father's tax returns right now.

In which universe and in what dimension are these things taking place?

I like how you move from a 'guess' to an 'assertion'.

Ahhhh, she did commit a crime. Are we not understanding this? If she would have been just a teeny bit honest about their finances, she would not be in jail today.

Not according to the judge, he called the evidence "strong".

Keep dreaming that the prosecution doesn't have the goods on Zimmerman.

ps- did you donate to Zimmerman's Sam's Club fund? How about his American Express fund? Just curious.

Pretty stupid of her and her husband. They must have known they would be under the most intense scrutiny given the controversy over the case. If there was ever a time to be squeaky clean..........
