While so many were enraptured by the JA saga, another murder trial was going on in Philadelphia, with this result:

Mouldy I was following that trial too and thought it was going to end up with a hung jury. They took so long deliberating. No cameras were allowed in the courtroom so I assume that is why no media frenzy. In the sentencing phase even if he gets the death penalty he will die in prison.

Not only did he have the abortion clinic he had a medical clinic for painkillers. This painkiller clinic was raided in 2010 due to the high-volume distribution of OxyContin and other painkillers.

Eight employees are facing prison time too.

The doctor should have been convicted of malpractice. He was obviously breaking laws, and not practicing within the parameters of accepted medical practices.

I don't agree with the murder charges. But, he should no longer practice medicine.
