In general.. I think that children can be rehabbed.

This pushes the limit of this belief.

So he will get released at age 21, and do the same thing again?!! he should be sentenced at least 15 years

Pushes the limits. Doesn't mean you don't try.

Had this 'just' been a situation where he talked an 8 year old into sex.. Ok.. I can at least understand that somewhat.

But this was.. Forcible rape. We're well beyond the 'he was curious about sex' or 'he was horny'.. We're into the psychotic areas.

I don't necessarily agree that he automatically gets released at 21.. But, I also don't think you automatically lock him up for life.

That kid in undoubtedly re-enacting something that someone older did to him. He may have no idea it's wrong to do if the offender started on him early enough. They need to trace it back to where it started. Round 'em all up.

The problem with many young boys has always been too much testosterone. This coupled with the use of Internet where violent and pornographic sites are in free access and an education system that has given up transmitting sound values can only lead to catastrophic conséquences as such.
