The lawyer defending an alleged choker-rapist told a jury on Thursday that Jacques Rouschop couldn’t physically have committed the vicious sex crimes he’s accused of because his hernia “makes it too painful to have sex from behind, his stomach is too large and his penis is way, way too small.”
I read the online story and saw his photo. He is being charged with choking them, reasonable that he could do this, and rape. It does not say rape by what object. I believe he could not have raped these women with his own penis, as the story says is only 2 inches when erect. Also this physical body would have prevented this. So what did he rape these women with? The story doesn't say.
Were they even raped? The story says he choked them until they blacked out. Was there any physical evidence of rape (in any way)?
Definition of rape: unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the victim.

The definition of rape did not answer my questions.
Per your post: Definition of rape: unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the victim.
You are contradicting yourself. The link leads to the same story that I based my original questions on. They still have not been answered.
I'm not making any claims, only posting what the dictionary claims as rape and you missed the part about using a foreign object.
If you want to argue take it up with the dictionary or legal authority.

Correct. Rape can occur with other objects. Many years ago, I read a story about a woman who raped other women with glass bottles. She was convicted of rape using the legal definition of the term.
