I've always suspected HR Puff'n'stuff. I'm pretty sure you can catch a glimpse of him on the grassy knoll. The CIA basically banished him to The Living Island afterwards, so I'm betting they were waware, if not complicit, in the act.

Witchee-poo was the spotter.

I believe thier was more than one gunman. Their is lots of evidence that warrants another person being involved in the assasination.

Lee H. Oswald backed by Sam Giaccano who provided other shooter(s) in the area on that date. And Ruby was all part of the deal. He took one for the team......as he was dying anyways, what was a few months or 1 year of jail time?

Ruby was from Chicago, part of the Chicago mob backed by Sam Giancana, sent to Dallas to corrupt officials in order to start gambling and prostitution in the Dallas area years before 1963. The info I've read it appears Ruby was at the center of the planning of Kennedy's killing and was almost botched when the patsy (Oswald) survived the attempt on his life by two police officers who were supposed to kill him after the crossfire on Kennedy, in which Oswald may or may not been involved in, but instead Oswald killed one of the cops instead. Fearing the plan will fail, jeopardizing his own life, Ruby used his influence with the Dallas police to enter the police department's basement in which he sealed the plan. Oswald takes the blame.

If the person who killed Oswald was just a little shop keeper down the road who shot Oswald instead it wouldn't seem as strange. But Jack Ruby is another story indeed and has always been the key to the mystery.

Now this may not be true but certain things make it credible. Motive: The mob did help Kennedy win the election and Kennedy owed them. Instead, Kennedy appointed his brother Robert to head the Justice department in which he used that power to go after the mob in a very serious way. Mob controlled casinos in Havana where lost after the Bay of Pigs fiasco. A crossfire would be the correct approach to use on a moving fixed target. Jack Ruby had very close ties to the Chicago mob and those ties went as far back to Al Capone. One of Oswalds last words were "I'm a patsy" and Jack Ruby's last request to be sent out of Texas to Washington DC to testify was denied in which he died soon after. The whole thing smells.
