I've been searching for a home to rent for the last week and almost every PM has been rude. With some type of attitude (as if they are doing me a favor). I understand appointments but pushing viewings off 3-4 days, not returning phone calls. I seriously hope that when we are ready to buy that agents don't have the same attitude or it will be a long summer. Sorry for the rant, It just seems that unless it's their property the PM don't give a D$mn and yu need to work on their schedule.

They get paid next to nothing. Maybe that has something to do with their lack of dedication to their work.

Interesting observation, Emo . . .

Although not big on glittering generalities, I feel your pain. When first relocating to Tucson in the mid 90's, I found a few very unprofessional Real Estate Agents. I began to think they were all flakes and losers. Thankfully, I didn't give up and continued to "hire and fire" until I found a gem.

I am certain the same applies with Property Managers as well.

GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for the replys. Was just frustrated with the lack of professionalism, Looks as if we may have found our home for the short term. Now time to get to know Tucson and get ready to house hunt in a few months.
