We drove down to Bisbee once. It took us a couple of hours. People asked us why we didn't sleep over. I think that would be a long commute. Although there didn't seem to be much traffic but what do I know?

Thanks!
If your husband is to work in Bisbee, I would look at Sierra Vista, Benson or Bisbee itself. Vail is too far.
Of those, Benson has the best school district, Sierra Vista as the most amenities (by far) and of course Bisbee is the closest.
I've posted lots of stuff on Benson (look in the "city by city" thread).

I agree with the above - Vail is too far to live if one were ta work in Bisbee. Tombstone might work, or Benson or Sierra Vista. Thinking of retiring in Bisbee in about 5 years if the creek doesn't rise.

Not quite the normal route to get to Bisbee. Whatever.
We have lived in Sierra Vista and Hereford both in recent years and they are both close to Bisbee and offer better shopping in SV.
Benson is a hole.
My wife is a native born in Tombstone.
