Really enjoyed watching your rain. And glad you added the part toward the end that shows where all that water would flow down toward the arroyo. That was indeed a hard rain falling, and glad you found a sheltered spot to share it with us!

Thanks wildflowers27! I am glad I was not caught out in the open for the hard rain. It had been thundering and lightly raining on me for about a mile and a half (about 25 minutes), so I was already wet, but it could have been worse! I am glad you enjoyed the video! If you know the area, I was walking back from the Continental Storage units at Continental and Whitehouse Canyon Road (near La Posada) to where I live near La Canada and Calle Lecho.

I just google mapped your walk -- it looks like there was nowhere to get out of the rain until you got to the post office or under the I-19 overpass. Glad you made it to cover when you did!

Very Nice needed rainfall y'all got there bk...A couple days ago we got some rain here on the mountain, in southwest Oregon. It felt real good.
Today it was over 100. Right now it's 75 degrees. Pretty HOT here for in June.

What a weird, strange, unusual, weather year so far in Tucson. June is usually the driest month with an average of 0.2 inches each year.

Glad to hear you got some rain Hawk! 100 degrees in OR is very hot since most people there do not have AC. Stay cool in the big OR! Gonna be 107 here today and tomorrow!!!

It has been strange weather this year cjseliga! Starting with snow on New Year day, and now this pop up thunderstorm in June! I am totally looking forward to monsoon season, but I hear it may not come until late July...……..I hope that is not true!
