The Mcclellan-Kerr Navigation System allow Tulsan the opportunity to take a personal recreational or personal pleasure craft all the way from TULSA OK to Little Rock and the Mississippi River system which opens up the possibility of taking your personal boat on a river cruise to these cities Minneapolis/St. Paul,St. Louis,Little Rock, Louisville Ky,Cincinnati,Memphis,Baton Rouge,New Orleans. Anybody out there besides me find this a fascinating idea ? if so let me hear from you , "because this is exactly what I'm going to do" after I get back "to the Tulsa Oklahoma area"......... I think it's an awesome idea. I've always wondered if that was possible. I don't know if I personally could make a trip like that, but I'd like to think that someone could. It reminds of the old explorer days when they would make huge trips on the river.

It's a fun trip down to Muskogee/Ft. Gibson (or) even Ft. Smith V-B....Arkansas , anybody could do a small portion of the trip ,and if you are more adventurous try the Intercoastal Waterways to Houston Texas...Southern Texas Coast Line (or) Florida (East & West Coast)........

"I'm back again" and that's exactly what I was talking about the cruises are going to be determined by the "boat owner" you see I'm Talking about "MY BUCKET LIST" cruise , but I would like to take a canoe all the way to Little Rock in the summer time and just camp along the way..maybe Muskogee Ft. Smith V-B..Arkansas then roll on into Little Rock and turn around and do it all again on my return trip to TULSA.....
