Raelyn, I think it's the hue of the pic you're referring to.
I would think it's QUITE full this year because of all the rain up there Jammie. As far as how recent those pics are, I do not know.

Also souvenir t-shirts and liquid refreshment is available. For concert schedule check; Concerts :: Live Music :: Tulsa, OK :: Cain's Ballroom and enjoy.
I'm officially envious; I haven't been to historic Cain's since the mid 80s. It's a WONDERFUL place to enjoy live music. Did you know that it is on the national register of historic places?

Thanks Synopsis, I figured after those 21 straight days of rain, it'd be nice and full.

Does anyone have any pics of the River Parks that are current? PLEASE???

If you can wait until this weekend, I have plans on going there with the camera unless it rains (right, not with this hot streak we've been having).

Yeah, it's hotter than bejeebus out there right now. And it doesn't look like it's going to go away soon.

By Autumn the Arkansas river may very well be dried up again if this intense heat keeps up Jammie.

We had a huge downpour here yesterday afternoon for about 15 minutes, which made the humidity horrible afterwards.

That's exactly what happened here yesterday. Although it happened later in the afternoon/evening.

Yeah, I like rain but when it occurs in 100+ heat it kind of defeats the purpose BigOkie.

Don't get me wrong Syn, when it started here it was on the upper side of the nineties.

Yeah, Houston is baking us in ways I could never imagine. 100+ and the coolest the house can get is 81... with the thermostat on 70. At least in Oklahoma you have a breeze to provide SOME relief. And here's a knock on Houston public transit... one of the Woodlands Park 'N Ride buses had their AC go out. I was dripping with sweat by the time we got out of downtown!

We're gonna cook in H-Town for a while. Pass the butter and seasoning!
