Yeah I couldn't put EVERY secondary character that ever appeared on the show but according to Wikipedia these were the ones with the most episodes (the most fequent cast member after the main 4 was the lady who sat at the cash register in Monk's BTW)

and yes David Puddy was on the list ... Don't know how I omitted him.

Oh, glory behold, true Seinfeld fans! Yes, I noticed David Puddy and Bookman weren't on the list. Neither was Babu Bhatt, Poppie, or Tina, Elaine's roommate. All great characters (well, Poppie was a little despicable with the hand-washing thing then peeing on Jerry's couch). But my absolute favorite is Jacobo Peterman, and that got my vote. Boy was he ever cool, I wish I worked for someone like that.
