I just wish that they came to smaller towns to. I live in Ward, Arkansas. I have been working on my yard since we bought the house 3 years ago. I know what I want but I do not understand how to do it or how to pay for it. I like the show and honestly I don't care if the wanted me to act surprised or whatever it's free and I would not be spending the next 10 springs trying to accomplish what I'm going for.

To bad all of the HGTV shows like this only stay in one specific area. Usually Cali, Colorado or Canada.

One thing Ive noticed after watching many hours of these shows with my spouse, is that they very rarely approach baby-boomers or people over 50.
The formula seems to require a young couple, preferably with a pretty, "well-endowed" wife.
Hey DIY, older folks need a yard make-over too!
