I'll start with mine, which I consider to be a hysterically funny episode of a at best mediocre show overall.

WKRP's "Turkeys Away", Carlson's plan to drop LIVE turkeys from a helicopter above a mall as a Thanksgiving promo.

It has to be the episode of South Park where Eric Cartman pretends to be handicapped so he can enter the special olympics to win prizes and money. I pretty much laughed non-stop through the entire episode.
