So hard to post while watching the show. It's all spoilers!
It depends on the vibe of the thread - there've been times when we watch the singing shows together and will comment without spoilers about who we personally like or not - but then use spoilers for the results show. Mostly I used spoilers just now because you guys did and because it was sort of beyond just my personal opinion.
I agree with toosie. I dont think we should have to use spoilers just to post how we feel about the performances -- but there are people who dont want to know anything about the show before they watch it. (So why are they reading this thread?)
Spoiler
IMO, Jessica and Philip were the very best tonight. But NO ONE, in all the years I've been watching AI, has been as good as Jessica was tonight. I closed my eyes and really thought Whitney was singing.
I was surprised that Shannon Magrane did so poorly. I didnt care for Elise Testone's performance either. I also didnt care for Jeremy Rosado's singing. I really like Joshua Ledet but I wasnt bowled over by his song choice tonight, although the judges seemed to like him. I also love HeeJun Han but I didnt like his performance as much as I thought I would.

That makes sense. So why are we using spoiler tags tonight? LOL

Agreed (except Fantasia's "Summertime" was my all-time fave performance). Philip has been my favorite from day 1. But Jessica blew it out of the park tonight. That was a REALLY risky song to do, but she nailed it! I think Philip will be around even if he doesn't win this competition.
