I won't say any more, other than I was very disappointed, though my wife and I still enjoy this show. And would somebody please give Jack..err..Martin some Xanax! He was way out of control with his anger tonight, don't you think? He reminded more of jack Bauer (24) than Martin Baum....
Is it considered a spoiler if the show already aired?
I can't say that I was "shocked" at the ending - seemed inevitable. But I was bummed, sad to lose Lucy. I thought the acting in her goodbye scene with Amelia was very heart wrenching and believable. The whole theme of finding someone you lost only to lose them again...
Agree about Jack coming out in Martin. My bf has commented on that a few times (big 24 fan he was).
A little disappointed to see Frances Fisher added to the cast. That woman bugs me!
Is it considered a spoiler if the show already aired?
No, I'm pretty sure the SOP is: if it's already aired in all time zones, we're free to discuss without using the spoiler module.
The goodbye scene with Amelia tore me up too.
**Spoiler**
I was disappointed in how the writers somehow thought it would be realistic for Martin and Lucy to separate before heading back to town and going to the police with Amelia. Why split up in the middle of the desert when you know that they're going to be searching for Amelia?????
Also, how can Amelia only predict the future at certain times? She knew all the possible outcomes if her mom attempted to get away, yet she couldn't warn her 10 minutes earlier?
I guess they didn't want it to turn into the Lucy and Amelia show, but honestly. What a trite and stupid plot turn. We've been running across the nation to find this kid and when she does kill her off. How frustrating. I'm holding out hope that Lucy is still alive and will resurface healed. I really want to like this show but come on, quit killing off the main interest. Reminds me of all the old Bonanza show, every time they had a lady love interest she was killed off or shipped away. Boring old plot routine.
And why is Jake so safe in that house they are staying at? How come that house is off the radar and no one finds them there. Stupid.
I want something better. I thought this show would be able to pull of something interesting.
Last night's episode was intense! Wow, happy to see the assassin finally dead. Jake truly saved the other lady's life by "speaking" to him. Also, it was interesting to see Calvin returning to work for Aster Corps at the sleep clinic where that lady is heading as well.
I was shocked by the preview for next episode though. It shows Martin getting locked up for the murder of Lucy. Obviously framed, but still rather frustrating to see the police fooled by Aster Corps.
Also, anyone else fervently upset because FOX cancelled this show? Ridiculous and I hope another network recognizes the potential in TOUCH.
THEY DID????
I'm so upset...so much potential...I love Jake...he makes the show.
