The Sopranos (same)
Curb
Boardwalk Empire
Fawlty Towers (own the boxed set)
Daylight. Granted there were only 12 and I had to watch most of them on the Internet. I'm calling out anyone who says they have seen ever episode of Dr. Who ever. Especially since many of the older ones were only shown once and then lost forever.
Some of those listed are easier than others. Firefly, for example, only 12 eps I think?
In that list for sure:
Alias (almost entirely as aired, some within-run reruns perhaps, have DVDs that might have filled in gaps)
Star Trek TNG (mixture "when aired" (such as it was, being syndicated from start) and reruns, haven't seen in years)
Star Trek TOS (all as syndicated reruns, haven't seen in years)
X-Files (almost entirely when aired, within-run reruns for gaps)
Fringe (entirely when aired or time shifted within days of air time)
Firefly (entirely when aired plus the unaired ones on DVD)
West Wing (almost entirely when aired, within-run reruns for gaps)
Unsure but would not be surprised if also:
Macgyver (mixture when aired and within-run reruns)
There's no reality shows on the list, but I've seen every Amazing Race episode, when aired or time-shifted within a few days.
I've also seen every ep of a couple shows that are still going right now and fairly young in terms of how many eps they've had (Grimm, Once Upon a Time, both into only their third season, faithfully following Elementary now which is second season but missed a few first season eps; these are almost always time-shifted a day or two now).
I don't think there's anything else not on the list that I have seen all of, except for maybe a few short-lived cancelled shows. Maybe something else older that best remain forgotten.
From the list, just King of Queens. Watched every episdoe of two and a half men during Charlie Sheens time. Kutcher is awful in the show and cannot watch anymore, it was going downhill even with Charlie anyway though. Not on the list, Seinfeld and every Mtv "Challenege" series

Bosom Buddies
Fawlty Towers
Downton Abbey
Star Trek - original series
Star Trek: The New Generation
Seinfeld
Twin Peaks
Dark Shadows (1991)
Battlestar Galactica (2004)
And no doubt, over the years of reruns, I've seen every episode of I Love Lucy, Gilligan's Island (), My Three Sons, Hogan's Heroes, All in the Family, and Mary Tyler Moore.
American Horror Story
The Big Bang Theory
Bones
CSI (Miami)
