Do any of you Midsomer fans think that Det. Sgt. Troy (Barnaby's partner) is autistic? By this I mean that he's high-functioning (that is, he has Asperger's). It seems so to me.
Not familiar with the show but lets not forget they are fictional characters created by writers. So the question is are the writers trying to portray a character with un-diagnosed Asperger's?
Perhaps, but if so, to what end?
It's been a while since I've seen the Troy years of Midsomer Murders, but Troy always came across as a young, bumbling sidekick type, not a high-functioning autistic.
