Whoa, this PBS documentary series is pretty good. (not surprisingly)
I think I've seen 4 of the 6 hours.

Some very sad/shocking bits and also some very uplifting ones. Loved Rita Moreno's award acceptance as well as her very level telling of how it used to be.

Odds are high, I'll spring for the DVD set.

I recorded two episodes, and watched previous shows a few weeks ago. Does anyone know how many shows were aired?
I find this very interesting, learning he history of their culture.

There are evidently 6 hour long episodes but I could have swore I spent 4 hours watching just 2 episodes. LOL/shrug. Four more to go I guess. :-)
