I'm watching Lenox Hill and Hannibal. I never saw Hannibal. Pretty good series it seems. When I want to laugh, F is for Family is hilarious.

I'm now watching Doctor Foster, a British drama television series. It's 2 seasons, 5 episodes each. I watched the first season, pretty exciting and suspenseful at times. It's about a woman doctor whose husband is cheating on her.

watching season two of The Break - Belgian crime drama

Season one was ok, bounced all over the place with just about everybody being a possible suspect in the main murder. Season two ( i am three episodes in) seems to be better story. I love the scenery and the forested areas that these crime dramas are made in, seems to be a crime ridden part of Europe, i have seen a few decent crime shows set in NE France, Southern Belgium

Exactly how I felt watching it when it first aired on NBC. Just couldn't look away.

It must be that same part of our brain that makes us slow down to look at car wrecks on the freeway

Ha, ha, ha. I was actually scared by certain parts and almost stopped watching, but yes, that misfired brain part, just put me in a near catatonic stare. Eventually I will rewatch the series, but, I'm not sure I can stomach it this time around, but to watch Mads Mikkelsen in motion is just like watching a beautiful piece of art in motion. Not a fan of the gore, but the acting all around was quite superb.

PS, there's a film he stared in on Netflix "Polar", not his usual style and was lacking and the gore was way over the top and not that interesting in my opinion, but, some of the action sequences, were worth watching it through.

He also stared in "Arctic" which was on Netflix. So many other movies with Mads, guess you have to be a fan to want to watch his library of films.

Mikkelsen is a superb actor he played the villain in one of the Bond movies, I think Casino Royale?
