They killed Ms Crabtree in the episode where Cartman is a supposed psychic. In a typical SP way.. The cops were standing over her body and said something along the lines of "She was an ancillary character that hadn't been used much lately and the fans won't miss her."
They also killed the bird that lived in her hair.
