Lowe and Savage had good chemistry together. I'll watch more of it.

I had high hopes for this one, but I was disappointed. I liked Rob Lowe's character but I found Fred Savage's character annoying. I've never been a fan of Fred Savage though, and this episode didn't change my mind. I'll give it another episode or two before giving up. I expected to like this show more than Grandfathered, but ended up laughing and enjoying Grandfathered much more.

Sometimes it takes a season or so for characters to meld.

True but unless you have a Marvel Studios backing you then you have the week after the pilot. If its a short season cable instead of main broadcast network show perhaps if you are lucky you can tweak the second season which then becomes the go or go no further network decision point.

We tried watching the second episode. Turned it off after 10 minutes. This one just doesn't appeal to us.

I'm giving it one more shot, but I don't have high hopes.

I'm an attorney and I find this show whimsically funny. Lowe is good at poking fun at himself, and savage is good as the straight man.

Its just silly, in a good way.

"But, what if..."
